Step #1. Print the appropriate forms, fill in the information and bring in completed forms to the school office- 801-402-7350

• DISCRETIONARY PLAN FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICES

• FIRST DAY PACKET

Step #2. Visit the office to complete Registration
