New procedures were adopted district-wide to increase safety for all students. All students must be checked out by a parent/guardian or emergency contact. Please make sure your emergency contacts are updated!
Davis School District is providing a protection plan for students and parents. The Discretionary Protection Plan supports the Device Use Agreement and enrollment in the plan is discretionary with the understanding that if students/parents do not enroll in the protection plan, they will carry full liability for the device in the same way they do for other damaged or lost school property, such as textbooks. This plan can be purchased through my.dsd

Lunch applications will be available for you to fill out and submit online under my.DSD guardian account. Only one application is needed per household per school year. You are responsible to pay for all school meals until your application has been approved. You will be notified by email when your application has been processed. If you have questions, you may send an email to jadavis@dsdmail.net or call the Nutrition Services office at 801-402-7647.

If you DO NOT want your student to be involved in pictures or other media posted online, please fill out this form and return it to the school. Please note, your permission will be assumed if the school does not receive this form.

Technology Acceptable Use Agreement (All Parents MUST sign online on your myDSD Account or turn in a paper copy)
Every student and his/her parent or guardian must annually review the expectations for use contained in the Davis School District Technology Resources Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) and acknowledge receipt of this information. You must review and verity receipt of the AUA online in order for your child to use technology in school.
