If you are a new student, returning from online learning, or a student entering Kindergarten, please follow these 2 easy steps to complete the registration process.
Step #1. Print the appropriate forms, fill in the information and bring in completed forms to the school office (801-402-7350)

Step #2. Visit the office to complete registration

- Proof of Residency
- Original Birth Certificate
